Title: banknote holders
Post by: moneycow on August 31, 2020, 04:43:45 pm
Hi All,
I'm looking for some bank note holders.  Does anyone have any recommendations...or surplus they want to sell?
I've been scared off by PVC concerns in the past.
Thanks,
Craig

I usually buy mylar currency sleeves:
(Lighthouse; Safeguard; Dupont; Supersafe; Guardhouse, BCW, etc)

I really prefer buying them in person from LCS or shows (so I can inspect them) but have usually bought decent packs on eBay. Price should be (or usually is) about $50 for 100 (excluding shipping).

I don't like them too thin (which I've seen for sale from mostly Chinese sellers recently) so be careful you get a decent thickness.

I have Denly's of Boston Mylar-D Holders - Small Currency (6-5/8" x 2-7/8") for sale.  These are some of the best holders you can buy to protect your paper money.
