Title: Security strip missing

Just picked this up & noticed these brown dots along where the security strip is missing from anyone seen this before? I haven’t seen a security strip missing on a $10 before. Note is uncirculated

What a great find/add! I have not seen one missing the security strip.

What's the prefix?

BTU is the prefix, looked through a bunch of archived auctions and couldn't find one either.
