Title: Identification of the Mounties on the $50 1975 Note

A most interesting and informative research article concerning the above subject was published in the Fall 2020 issue of the renowned RCMP QUARTERLY magazine (Vol. 85, No. 4, pp. 6-13). It was written by Michael Duncan who served a 30-year career in the RCMP as a financial crime investigator and who subsequently worked at the Bank of Canada. The RCMP Quarterly magazine is not available online but individual back issues are available at a cost of $10 plus shipping from the RCMP Veterans' Association in Ottawa. I spoke with the author recently and he kindly gave me permission to reproduce a couple of representative pages of his article.
