Title: Change over note error

When entering some 5's I got this report:

The following info was reported:
IND 9267066 47/47:
$5 Macklem/Lane IND 8982000-9999999 (2013) [CBN]

This note is a Wilkins-Macklem not a Lane-Macklem.

The prefix table seems correct showing all INDs are W-M with L-M starting in the INK's

-Yes, when the "Lane-Macklem" signature was added it seems like the admin dropped W-M IND portion.
I reported this back in August (17th) on a "Latest Change-overs" Thread as:
