Title: Is this toonie fake?

I saw this toonie on ebay and all I could think of were all the characteristics of 'fake toonies' identified by BWJM such as Uncentered maple leaf at the top of the coin and a sheriff on the last number in the date.  Is this a fake toonie?

There are no indications that this is a counterfeit toonie.  The claims of "doubling" also seem rather dubious.  I'd spend that coin in a heartbeat and never think twice.
