Title: 1988 $1,000 ERROR NOTE - MISPLACED OSD

Anyone have any idea what this $1,000 error note is worth?  I have the 17th edition of Charlton's which gives prices for misplaced OSD errors only up to the $100 note.  This $1,000 note is selling now on eBay and appears to grade at EF.  I am interested in any comments as to what it should book or sell for...

wondering if you received any replies ? information ?  my wife has a $1,000 she was told "first printing" of OSD was misplaced... appears black
