Title: Low Numbered HOH Inserts

Here is an interesting set of low numbered HOH inserts for your viewing pleasure. The insert range begins at 9 Million and these notes just squeeze right under the 1000 note mark.

You wouldn't happen to have the bill 991 before the first one in the picture? That would be nice.

No, darn I just realized that this is only a 9 note set :(. I thought it was a 10 note set all along until you pointed that out. O well

Are they the lowest known HOH inserts in that particular insert range?

I'm not sure... I hope so though! Well they are the lowest HOH inserts in this range that I have seen.
