Title: $50 1954 slightly Out of register

Hello again
My father kept this $50 (BC 42c) .

Would this slight  2-3mm difference in the margin be an added feature to its value ?

it's harder to find them with better margins. your note is more the norm.

To me it looks like the whole thing was printed rotated a bit.  But there would be no added value to this note because of it.
