Title: mismatched serial numbers

I acquired a $20 Journey with 2 mismatched digits at a flea market in Winnipeg.  The note has a small - 3/8" - tear along the "0" in the "50" in the watermark that is visible in the scan.  It's above the "4" in the serial number on the left side of the note.  I believe this problem also occurred with the previous issue of watermarked notes.  I paid $45.
