Hi all. The Bank of Canada's Count your Pennies travelling exhibit is showing at the Nanaimo District Museum until Dec 23rd.
It looks like it might be interesting and likely worth the trip if you are on Vancouver Island. Seems to feautre stores in three time periods and examples of money from Canada's history, including from the sounds of it some chartered notes and the standardization of our currency.
I am off tomorrow with a group from the Victoria Numismatic Society.
Just thought that I should mention that the exhibit is here.
