BKB 6966696 Condition EF I just got this note off ebay for 99.11 Canadian :o

This is a nice two digit radar but it is not a rotator because the number would be different if turned upside down.

A rotator note has to have a center number either a 0 or an 8. So if your note had the number 6998669 it would be a rotator.

Still a good price for such a nice number.
