Title: EWP 20.00 error?

Hi I just wanted to ask if anyone thinks this note has the obvious error I believe it to have.
Looks to me like the last digit the 5 is quite well bolded on both sides and appears to slightly larger than the other digits.
How could this type of error occurred?
