Title: $20 bill error?

I have a new $20 bill, the back looks normal, but the front, it has an extra serial number at the bottom.  Is this an error?  If it is, how much would it worth?

Please help. :P

Sounds like ink transfer.  I have a journey $10 with traces of the prefix and bits of a few of the numbers on the front.  Unfortunately, it's fairly subtle, but the only error I've found so far.  I'll keep it 'till something better arises.
