Seems like there has been a lot of this mis-matched prefixes and serial numbers lately. Looks like the printers took their Christmas vacation early!

haven't decided if this one will be going up for sale or not....

I emailed this collector asking if he would like to sell me his note ???. After his reply of 1100.00 :o, I politely declined ::).
