Not a radar at all, but it is actually a four-digit repeater valued at about $30 in uncirculated condition.

Easiest way to identify a RADAR is ensure that the serial number is the same left to right and right to left, just like the word itself.
1 Digit or Solid  1111111
2 Digit 1112111
3 Digit 1231321
4 Digit 1234321

:)

6354536  would  be  the  radar.  As  the  word  reads  the  same  forwards  as  backwards.  hope  this  helps.   cheers    Polarbear
