Title: How does a picture of an error note get published in the catalogue
Post by: friedsquid on June 12, 2008, 07:09:11 pm
I was just wondering if anyone knows what qualifies an error note to be pictured and published in the Catalogue?
I have seen butterfly notes, mismatched prefixes, mismatched serial numbers, out of register with color bar etc and was wondering if new errors get entered in the catalogue since there is not always a picture for each error description.
I think sometimes it would help one understand the error that is being described.
(as they say, a picture is worth a 1000 words)
Any comments ???

It must be submitted to the Editor. The Editor then determines whether or not an image will be used, and where.
