Title: Can't upload Avatar picture!?

Ive been trying to upload an Avatar picture but I keep on getting the following error! Anyone help?

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting T_VARIABLE or '$' in /home/cpms/public_html/forum/Sources/Subs-Package.php on line 3162

Ive tried on multiple computers and have tried GIF and JPEG formats.
