Title: German Vampire Face Notes?

I recall a dealer telling me about another case of a "Devil's Face" episode.  Apparently it occurred on a German banknote (in the 20's??) and there is a "Vampire Face" in the neck of the portrait on the note. Apparently this anomaly was intentionally done by a disgruntled engraver.

Does anyone know more about this note and perhaps have a graphic to share?
