Title: Where are all the AOS sheet replacements?

I haven't seen any AOS sheet insert/replacements for sale anywhere.  I bought an AOS sheet insert/replacement a while back but it turned out to be a SNR  ;D

I've been trying to pick up all the sheet insert/replacements but have struck out on this one.

My understanding is that there are two 40k ranges - AOS 4.850-4.890 & AOS 5.800-5.840.  Why aren't there any for sale?  Your thoughts?

I would have to agree with you on this one.  I to haven't seen any of these 2 ranges come up anywhere.  I do have 2 consecutive 4.850 - 4.890 that i picked up at the Edmonton Money show in Nov 07 from a Forum member.  I traded some SNR's for these 2 Notes and I'm thinking maybe it was a good trade.  Keep your eyes open you never know when 1 may pop up!

As to why they aren't out there or being offered i really don't know???

The 485-489 range was a very long time before it was confirmed, actually it was confirmed, then changed to a snr range, then reconfirmed as a sheet replacement.

so other than brick searchers, none would likely have been saved in any circulated condition.

as far as their not being many in uncircualted condition, either they are on hold by collectors, assuming they will be worth more due to the previous reason given (I sold my AOS4850416 on e-bay 5 or 6 months ago, and if I remeber correctly I believe I got over $100).  Any other reason only the BofC could answer.

Well what do you know. And if everyone don't already know by now there just happen to be one popping up on You-know-what's auction site. Nope it's not mine but nice.....AOS4867332 graded choice.
