Has anyone noticed that the watermark of Borden on $100 notes printed in 2009 is different?

That's a good observation. Im not sure anyone has ever noticed that. You can def. see that on the newer 100 Borden appears to be lower down. Now is this the same for all newer 100's?

I'm wondering if we would observe any change in the watermarks in the other denominations?... ???

I have another CBN note (prefix EJP), and the watermark on it is identical to that on the BKL note I scanned. All the pre-2009 notes seem to have identical watermarks, no matter what the printer is.

It's not the printer who makes the paper needed, and they don't ask for a specific paper from the papermill.

The paper is made according the BoC's very specific needs asked for a given denomination and the printers buy what they need from the manufacturer ...
