I know that PMG uses an EPQ rating, BCS an original, and PCGS has PPQ. Do CCCS or CCGS use anything to indicate that a note has not been processed to lend the appearance of a higher grade?

This is what CCCS says about notes being altered, pressed, restored, etc.

Chemically treated notes don't get certified. Pressed notes will, but will be graded according to what grade they really are. If Uncirculated, UNC-60 is the highest grade assigned to pressed note.
Restored notes dont get certified either.
