i have a 2006 25cent ctc note that the serial starts with 99 is this a replacement note?  ser# 9913814862
what notes are replacment notes, is there a list as i have many and old 1s to.im new and just sighned up as friends say theres lots of collectors of these .ill just spend them so thought id check first.thanks.

Your note (9913814862) is not a replacement. The replacements in this series begin with 999nnnnnnn.
