Autographed Note

From an old collection - 1954 $1 W/O8840908 signed by Louis Rasminsky and dated July 22/68.  Note is a fine with a small diagonal tear just entering the design on the front of the note.  Note signed with a fine marker and salutation difficult to decipher - appears to read "Your Liz anno".
