Hi,

Someone I know recently came into this note and I am wondering if it is a test note.  It is not in the range according to Charlton but there are no regular RS notes near this serial number so I can only assume it is a test note and the Charlton needs updating.
Thoughts?

This is my first time attempting to post a picture....lets hope it works  :)

It's definitely a test note, and a new low number according to Charlton. The serial range for this in Charlton is not absolute, it just denotes the highest and lowest numbers seen so far.

That is quite a find.

Thanks Seth,

I thought it was a test note but just wanted a second opinion.  I didn't take it out of the plastic holder but a first quick analysis of the note showed it likely to be UNC or better.

Cheers
