What bank or banks might these be from?  The bank id numbers are missing.

Since I was the one who asked Wizard and have just now rejoined this board (at Wizard urging), I can say that it is for the Canadian Bank of Commerce.  I LOVE their design.

These are current Charlton catalogue values for VG:
1906 $5 (14-08a)  $1,500
1906 $10 (14-22)  $1,350
1906 $20 (14-36)  $5,000
1907 $5 (14-10)       $550
1907 $10 (14-24)     $800
1907 $20 (14-38)  $5,000
1912 $5 (14-14)       $350
1912 $5 (14-14a)     $375
1912 $10 (14-26)  $1,300
1912 $10 (14-28)     $500
1912 $20 (14-42)     $750
On a personal note, Rog, I well remember your TV show.  They don't make good ones like that any more.
If you are planning the kind of outlay the numbers suggest, you probably need to get the book.  If you are selling, I'm interested in some of them.

Thanks Bob!!  Nope, I am not selling.  I particularly LOVE the CBC large type notes and wanted to compare the prices to the 6th edition.  I probably will be getting the 7th Edition Charlton (I'm thinking Christmas present - just like the 6th Edition was a Christmas present several years ago.)
