1859 Bank Of Brantford $5.00

Hello all, I have the opportunity to purchase one of these notes and was wondering if anyone could give me an idea as to the value. I haven't had the chance to see it in hand but I'm told by the owner it would grade AU, it is signed. A value for EF and AU would be greatly appreciated.
