Prefix T/D for '54 DF series

So today I was looking online and saw this listing...

The one thing I'm confused about is the $10 note.

The prefix is T/D which I thought was a modified portrait... Yet when you look at the photo.... doesn't that look like a devil's face

Can anyone shed some light on this for me.... because I'm a bit confused.

I think you will find the prefix is I/D

I really have to get glasses !!!!
