I could use some grading opinions on a recent Chartered note I picked up, please ?  There is still some crispness left in the note.  Albiet a bit dirty.  The overall design is not heavily worn in the creases.  To me the overall eye appeal of the note is still present, at least on the face.  Obvious wear and fading, particularly of the serial numbers and the signatures.

I normally don't collect Chartered Bank notes, but I really like these Battleship notes.

I think the note looks fantastic and would agree with Wizard, from what you describe and how it looks in the picture I would put as VF as well
