Just last night I picked up 4 devils face $10 BC-32a's

No major folds or wrinkles (I think one of the notes has a tear on the edge)... otherwise the notes are very clean to the eye... just a touch limp so I figured they would probably grade around FINE

One note however is VERY off centre... on the right side there is absolutely no white boarder and it just purple at the cut... the other side has very LARGE boarder of white (I was actually hoping to even seen the faintest of purple to suggest the other note was includede but no....

Given this much of an off centre cut.... how much would you down grade the note..

And if cataloge value of a fine note is around $35.... what price point would you put on this type of note?

Can you post a picture of the note (both sides)?  It could help...

Sorry for the delay... and perhaps the poor picture quality....

But here's a picture of said note.....

Any idea as to how you would grade this note and how much you would "take off" for it being such and off centre cut
