New Range Charlton 26th/2014

Could someone point me in the right direction and tell me why the new range? and if anything was written (CPMS?) or published in regards to this change?

Probably someone within the last year found a *DY note above 4M. It must be published with a pic in some journal so that charlton put it in the catalogue. What is the number... Im sure it's probably *DY4---999 ?? If this is the case then its a single sheet issue (40). Similar to *AA (above 5.0M) and *BC (Above 1.9M) for example.

It's *DY 4591500 (see page 289)
