Very strange to get 8 UNC FFK Rogers-Macklem $10 notes from the bank last week, but they all have some horizontal scratch lines on the security stripe as shown in the attached photo.

Are they still worth to keep or just spend them?

Those are roller marks from a counting machine.  It would not be worth keeping.

Spenders!

Scratch free perfect note = Good/possible keeper  :)
Scratch lines/ post production damage = Bad/spender  :'(

Three months ago I received 25 100 CAD notes from a terminal at a bank and they all had vertical scratches on the holographic element.
You have the same problem.  :'( :'( :'( :'(
