That would probably be what's going on here. As long as the image is smaller than a certain size or larger than a certain size, then it is technically legal to print a copy of. Though if you're trying to counterfeit... Well, you're out of luck.

Canon Canoscan LIDE 210

Just wondering if anyone has tried the above scanner to scan modern banknotes with latest anti-scanning/copying features?  Just wondering if it works or not.
