1991 $20 - Serial Number Misprint

Here is another example of misaligned serial number on the Birds Issue (in AWS prefix) which is similar to the $20 Journey Series - Serial Number Misprint mentioned here a little earlier.  Notice in both cases, the complete misaligned number are shown!!
