Was at my TD branch today for other business and asked about obtaining out of circulation notes. Senior loans officer talked to whomever, came back and said "we let the employees buy these notes before they are returned to BoC."
Anyways, she told me she requested to be notified and will call me when she gets told. I'm a preferred customer

Picked her up a thank-you card with a gift certificate.
Is this common or rare treatment ? Any tips ? Any special notes &/or prefixes I should take note of ? Glad to share with those who help me. Either PM or post.
