Well, 250 of these notes would make $250 billion, so at least this poor fool could delude himself into feeling like he was richer than Bill Gates.  And he used a 1934 issue date for his billion dollar bill - right in the middle of the Great Depression.  You could probably have bought the whole country for $1 billion at that time!

We've got our friends south of the border making $1 billion dollar bills, and in Canada you can't get anything higher than a $100 dollar bill anymore - even our bogus notes only go up to $1 million.  It's almost enough to make a Canadian feel kinda inferior... :-[
