someone else told me quite a bit more. Thanks for the reply! I will bid somewhere inbetween yours and the other persons valuation.
Actually its worth less... Since the note appears to be VG its worth only 15% of UNC price.
$75*0.15=$11.25
Thats of course, if i read my charlton cat. correctly Please correct me if i am wrong.
But really in truth there is no real fixed price for radars. The true price for these notes will be what the buyer is willing to pay for such notes.

I have sent you the link. I was watching this myself to bid but with all this publicity now I don't think I'll be able to afford it.  :(

By giving Hudson the link to a 2-digit radar, you just gave away the note. He will outbid anyone on it, I am almost sure of it. ;)

I'm sure you guys will think I'm nuts for buying it, but I now have 7 out of the 14 possible 8-0 radar rotators combinations.

My set is now 0008000, 0080800, 0088800, 0888880, 8000008, 8088808, and 8880888.
My want list is thus: 0800080, 0808080, 0880880, 8008008, 8080808, 8800088 and 8808088.

Hello Eyevet,

Good sniping at the end.  I guess if a collector needs it for his/her collection, he/she will pay any price to obtain it, no matter what the catalogues states.

Well, if you really, really, want to complete your collection, you'll need the solid radars 0000000 (from a specimen set) and 8888888's.

Your 50% to achieving your rotator-radar set!  Congrats!   :)
