First I would like to say ------- I don't!
But is it possible for someone from the general public to get their hands on one before the release? Would it be illegal to have one in your possesion? Does anyone have any experiences from past releases?

If you remember, when the $5 came out, a bank teller got one from his "training session" at the bank, scanned it and posted it here on the forum.

He was unceremoniously fired the next day and I believe he was threatened with criminal charges too. I think "owning" one before the release date might get you a visit from several very angry RCMP officers.

As for me, I'm going into "hear no evil / see no evil" mode until after the 17th.

Would I be able to ask some bank employees to hold (reserve) some of the new $100's for me when they get released on March 17th, or are they distributed to customers on a "first come, first served" basis?
