I have just come across some one dollar notes in my fathers collection that i inherited, i live in australia so i have no idea what they are worth and am hoping someone can help me,
ok they are all centenial of candian confederation 1967

and 3 1867 1967 serial numbers  they have all been circulated. I hope I have given you the information you require. I also have 10 five dollar 1904 german notes but wont go into that.

There is someone on this forum who has a 1433045 Bird $10. That is two consecutive numbers... kind of neat. If you know who you are, this would make a nice set.

Thank You for your response, I will keep them for my children, Iwas born in Canada so they are sentimental to me.
 

 8-) WOW!! Hudson........you must have a phenominal memory to remember that serial number!! Have you memorized everyones notes Congradulations on getting hitched, you lucky guy.

Hudson has compiled a massive list of numbers, gleaned from the websites of various people, myself included. As he comes across notes, he checks them against ths list, and matches get saved on behalf of the note holder.

I dare not speak for Hudson, but I am certain that he is not yet married. So far, just engaged.

Hi everyone!  Yes, I have checked out some forum websites, and some ebay auctions and a few small collections... and when I find something that is kind of neat like that, I will let the person know.  Just in case they want to put together kind os a neat set, like even things like
2569754 and
4579652 together.

Just alot of weird stuff.
I figured I had done alot withmy other stuff, so Iwas going to dig up a new aspect of the hobby. lol.
If I contact anyone about a specific note, it does not mean anything special though - may just be one I need for my collection.  I am diversifying it into alot of different areas, and slowly bit by bit, Iam piecing some things together.  

If a note has made it on line, then there is a chance I have it in my list somewhere
