these are crisp, 20 dollar bills printed in 2006.
i was wondering if they are worth anything

they are worth face value. Too early for them to be worth something as they can easily be obtained consecutively in UNC through bank machines.

Go back where you got those notes to see if you can get EZE0080800. Then it would be worth $85!  8-)

I put the value of the 3 notes at $70.  Wait another year and it will be $75.

I understand and agree with your logic.  However, at the present the market (including eBay) is being swamped with UNC regular issues, so the future of most regular issued notes (esp finding a buyer) is becoming less certain.   As the hobby evolves (which is occuring every day) more and more collectors are going to become more and more selective in what they buy.  If "EVE" prefix is uncommon, or that range of notes happens to coincide with inserts, than the holding of them for a while is certainly a good idea.  

If not, then that's $60 he could use to  buy a rarer note(s) with a lot more promise to increase in BV.  For example he could invest the $60 in: 2004 $10 BET, BER, BEP and other 2001 Journey 10's (or 2FEV/FER's). They (or a 3-4 $5.00 inserts) would likely go up far more in the next and following years.
