I have a 1954 $2, T/U 1793645, signed Beattie/Rasminsky and wondered what it would be worth.  I'm attaching a picture so you can view the condition. Would appreciate anyone's expertise!

Thanks in advance!
Kristy

Your note is very common and in vf condition. Its worth just a bit over face value.

Hi Kristy,

This $2 note you have is very common. In perfect (UNC) condition it would be worth at most $12-15. Your note looks like it has several folds and probably grades as VF. The book price in that grade is a generous $3.50.

I wouldn't count on selling it for anything above face though, since these are so readily available. I usually carry a small pile of similar looking twos in my wallet just to use as tips...

Hope this helps.
