1937 Bank of Canada $10 note

I have 9 of these, in various stages of condition. At one time they must have been in circulation; however, I know for the past ~50 years they have not.

Any comments or indications of possible worth are appreciated.

It all depends on the condition, signatures and prefixes for each note.  A 1937 $10 has book values ranging from $15 for a Gordon-Towers in VG condition to $2,100 for an Osborne-Towers in UNC condition.

The note you have shown here looks to be in VF-EF condition and has a book value of $20-$30.  If you could tell us the condition of each of the other 8 notes along with the signatures and serial numbers, we can give you a better idea of their book values.

The borders look pretty dark for a VF-EF (like is been pressed).  1937 $10 and $20 are so common they're hard to sell.  I sold a nice original (non-pressed) EF for about $20 (well below book) on eBay.  Dealers just shake their heads unless they're AU to UNC... but usually even these aren't always wanted because they've got too many (that they can't sell).  Now a days only the "Osborne" signature, or short prefixes get much attention.
