Have position numbers 60 and 99 for these new modified 5s. Please post if you find a position number ( back or front ) under 60. A number under 60 will indicate whether these notes are printed 40 or 45/on.

Brick of AOK0759000-999:  FP#74, BP #56, which answers the question:  yes, the BABN prints 45/on.

That is AWESOME.  
That means that one sheet of insert notes will encompass a number range that is 45,000 in size.  

CBN 40,000
BABN 45,000.
