$50 insert prefixes??

I have checked the high/low list for the Knight/Dodge Birds $50's, and I have only come across the FME insert prefix (which is unknown to this point).  Other than that, I have not seen nor heard tell of any insert notes on our Birds $50's, other than FME 8899123, which I am wondering about whether it is a true insert prefix or not.

The question of the hour is...

Is it true that FME's in the 8.8 Million range are in fact inserts?  If it isn't, then what $50 prefix are the true inserts?

It is infact an insert and it is listed along with all kinds of other info in the current Charlton 17 edition.
