Question about how replacemements were inserted into brick?

A while back I found the following replacements:

BRICK AOZ9100000-AOZ9100999 FP 65 BP 95

AOV5220005 replaced AOZ 9100017
AOT3100990 replaced AOZ 9100018

BRICK AOZ9101000-AOZ9101999 FP 82 BP 91

AOV5221005 replaced AOZ 9101017
AOT3101990 replaced AOZ 9101018

BRICK AOZ9102000-AOZ9102999 FP 72 BP 61

AOV5222005 replaced AOZ 9102017
AOT3102990 replaced AOZ 9102018

BRICK AOZ9103000-AOZ9103999 FP 75 BP 79

AOV5223005 replaced AOZ 9103017
AOT3103990 replaced AOZ 9103018

What I am wondering is that if sheet replacements are used when damaged notes are found by the printer, then why is an AOT sheet replacement and then an AOV sheet replacement used right after each other in these AOZ bricks?

From what I understand the AOV range 5120-5280 (160K) which these replacements would come from still have sheets to be used and the AOT range 3080-3120 (40k) also has replacements available??

I would have thought that the AOT sheet replacements would be depleted before using another prefix AOV replacement sheets.?

Hopefully my question makes sense.

It is a good start to this mystery.

I have read the article and it is very interesting, but I think the question I am asking is that there were 2 different prefixes replaced in a brick right after each other, but with another 3rd prefix for the brick itself.
If in fact the process uses different machines that scan for both the fronts and backs of the notes to insert replacement sheets for damaged ones then I guess different reams of sheets with different prefixes could be in the each hopper or feeder.  Only an assumption.
