Hi friedsquid,I noticed that note as well.
Actually, just finished up a phone conversation with Don O,asked him about it.
One of the concerns i had,no EPQ on the holder anywhere,which means IT COULD HAVE been pressed.Don's comment was he thought pressed notes could have designation up to PMG UNC 64.
Just to be clear he stated he is not sure that is the case,but thought it might be.

At any rate,that is why i have not put in an offer on it.
If anyone has any other info that may be of help,it would be appreciated.

I noticed that as well and sent a message to the seller to see what he would say about it. If I get a response, I will post it if you wish.
