1923 Dominion $1 Purple Seal EF

Hey Guys

Just wanted to know if you think the new price guide is accurate on the value of a 1923 Dominion of Canada $1 Purple Seal EF. The note itself is quite rare as the register in the wiki site shows but an EF would rank amonst the top 10 remaining know examples.

Do you think the note in the assigned grade should be worth more or less. All opinions aer welcomed
