It's not a rare note in lower grades (Fine and below) but it's rare to very rare in crisp original VF and higher grades. It's always been a popular note because of its attractive vignettes and pleasant green tint colour.
Your note appears to be Fine and it doesn't seem to have been washed/pressed. The margins are narrow but I don't see any evidence of trimming (the one illustrated in the Charlton catalogue has similarly narrow borders).
