BC-62 Intaligo printing upside down error

Hi All:

A friend of mine was shown a BC-62 with the upside down intaligo printing error and asked me if I knew how many of them might be out there. Well, I said, at least a sheet's worth, which is kind of vague.

Does anyone have a better idea of how many slipped through Quality Assurance.
