Hi All

Picked up this note in some change at a local store.  Lots of evidence of circulation I would guess F+ for a grade.  Worth hanging onto?

 This is a radar but not a rotator note. For it to be a rotator it would have to have the number 9698696( looks the same up side down)

  It probably won't ever be worth much over face value but it is a nice radar number. I would hold on to it if I didn't need the money.
