Hi there, I'm new to the site, introduced by Jason Caissie... posting these pics to see if anyone wants to offer an opinion on these notes... wondering if they're more valuable/unique as a set, or if they're better on their own... all are crisp UNC, and I've had them since a friend pulled them from a bank stack for me many years ago... thinking of selling, if there's any real interest, let me know... THANKS

Hi,

From the scans, it looks like the solid 9999999 note has a tear on the left margin extending 3mm or so into the note as if it got crumpled at that end. As this note would be at the top (?) end of a brick, it is quite possible to get damaged. The top right corner also looks a bit rounded. If this is the case, this would significantly devalue this note relative to its catalog as an EF would catalog at 60% of catalog and a VF at 40%. Perhaps you can look more closely at this bill and comment on any handling.
